Judicial Rot

Posted by Da Maniac On Thursday, May 21, 2009
I'm no legal expert, knor do I claim to have an indepth knowledge of the Malaysian Constitution, but as an ordinary citizen (and taxpayer) of this country, my view of the Judiciary is that it's crap. TOTAL CRAP!

The powers that be are manipulating the judiciary in their favour. Most recently is the faster-than-light (FTL) speed on how Perak so-called MB Zambry, filed for a stay in the appeal court, and he gets it in 4 hours! Wow! Perak so-called ex-MB filed an appeal and his was set a few days later and then postponed even later to today. Duh! Stinks of double standards. FTL if you are from UMNO-BN and snail's pace if you are not one of them. Crap!!

What happened to the Royal Commission on the "Correct! Correct! Correct!" issue? Conveniently swept underneath the carpet. Nobody is brought to book and everything continues as if nothing ever happened! WTF!

Ask any ordinary member of the public and you would have the same conclusion. The Judiciary is not independant. Ask them about the police and all sorts of fowl language would come out of people's mouth. Nobody has high regards for the RMP. Nobody but the the jokers themselves.

5 Response to "Judicial Rot"

  1. The same thing will happen to the two ex-PKR assembly men that jumped over to BN in Perak. They will never be charged, let alone get convicted. Otherwise, they will lose their state seat and a by-election will definitely put Pakatan back into power.

And don't get me started on Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Another rubbish institution that drags their feet when it comes to billions of "cost overrun", money for bribery lah, for Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ). MACC on the other hand are super interested in the Selangor Chief Minister giving out free cows as a form of corruptions. I wonder whether these people know how many cows one can buy with RM1,000,000,000.00...

The future remains bleak for us as along as UMNO/BN continue to manipulate and control the judiciary, police and civil institutions.

  2. Da Maniac Said,

It seems that they don't give a two hoots about it. Everyone is talking about the Doctrine on the separation of powers but UMNO/BN has got too much $$$$ to lose if there's such a thing in this country. CRAP!

Don't get me started on the arrest of people holding candles and lawyers wanting to represent their clients. CRAP!

  3. Talking about the PKFZ, what happened to the report? Stupid PwC allowed themselves to be used as an excuse.

The Mr. Not-So-Smart-MCA-President shouldn't have talked big at the beginning. Maybe he thought that he could implicate Chua Soi Lek but backfired pulak! hahaha...

MCA is so useless! Bubarkan saja la MCA...

  4. Da Maniac Said,

    Eh... how to implicate CSL?

  5. kakaka... good disclaimer
